Effective from July 2025By booking an appointment at Inkd Empress Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review this information carefully before securing a booking.
Appointments & Deposits All appointments require a 20% non-refundable booking fee to secure your slot. This applies to all treatments including Semi-Permanent Makeup, Fine Line Tattoos, Beauty Treatments, and Model Calls. Consultations for Semi-Permanent Makeup require a £15 refundable deposit. Booking fees will be deducted from your final treatment cost. All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted. Same-day appointments may be available — please contact the studio via phone, text, or WhatsApp.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment while retaining your booking fee. Cancellations, made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows, late cancellations, or refusal to proceed on the day (for any reason) will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Future appointments for clients who cancel last minute or do not attend will require full payment in advance.
Medical History & Health Disclosures All medical conditions, allergies, or medications must be declared at the time of booking.. This includes any new medical diagnoses, pregnancy, recent childbirth (within 6 months), or hormonal changes. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in the loss of your appointment and booking fee. Inkd Empress Studio reserves the right to refuse service if your health status may impact the safety or outcome of the treatment.
Patch Testing Policy A mandatory patch test is required for:All Semi-Permanent Makeup treatments Brow/lash tints and laminations Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment. If a patch test has not been completed, your treatment will be refused and your booking fee will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to arrange and complete the patch test in time.
Attendance & Late Arrivals Please attend your appointment alone. Children and additional guests are not permitted in the studio for safety and hygiene reasons. If you require a chaperone, this must be arranged in advance. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to avoid overlapping with other clients. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule and a new booking fee will be required.
ID & Age Requirements Clients must be 18 years of age or older for all tattoo and Semi-Permanent Makeup services. Photographic ID is required for all: Tattoos, Semi-Permanent Makeup Tinting and lamination treatments Treatment-Specific Terms
Semi-Permanent Makeup & Colour Boosts: Initial sessions start from £200. A follow-up session, if required (4–6 weeks later), is charged at £50. Colour boost prices vary based on time elapsed since your last session:
4–6 weeks: £50
Under 6 months: £70
6–12 months: £125
12–18 months: £170
Over 18 months: £200
All treatments are single-session bookings unless otherwise stated. Microblading is not suitable for oily or combination skin. Fading, blurring, or poor retention may occur and is not the responsibility of the studio. Cover-ups of previous work may require multiple sessions. Results cannot be guaranteed, especially where there is scar tissue or existing pigment. Additional top-ups requested outside the included time frame will be chargeable at standard rates.
Tattoo Services: A consultation may be required for design or placement. Design alterations on the day may result in additional charges. Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions. The studio is not liable for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare properly. All custom designs are the intellectual property of Inkd Empress Studio and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Studio Policies.
Free parking is available on nearby streets. Please do not park in the driveway, as it is shared with neighbours. Toilet facilities are available but not wheelchair accessible. Photographs may be taken for social media and our portfolio. Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed. Top-up appointments are the responsibility of the client and must be booked within the advised time frame. Clients who do not follow pre-procedure or aftercare instructions may be refused future services. Inkd Empress Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if policies are not followed.
